What makes blogs so interesting? Personally, I don't ready many blogs, but what makes them interesting to certain audiences? They can help someone find the best recipes for dinner, or help a mom bring fun and crafts to her little ones, or help you find healthy alternatives. Blogs can help and all types of audiences, no matter what their interests. Here are three different kinds of blogs that I came across.
In Mindful: How Walking In the Woods Helped Ease My Anxiety, the author starts by pulling her audience to a point in time she comes across a fox in the woods. Depicting a beautiful moment in time where she felt at peace. Before moving near the ravine, she explains how she used to be scared of the wild and the dangers that come with it. Living in a big city as a child, she built her own safe space by believing she is safe in the comfort of four walls. Only to grow having anxiety of what can and may happen outside her comfort zone. this blog shows that sometimes being out of your comfort zone can show you the true beauty of what nature truly is. This is a very organized blog, as well as formal. The purpose of this blog is to tell the audience that it's ok to step out to the unknown and love what it has to offer. This can help you in more ways than physically, even mentally.
Changing up the scene, we have, How Much Does It Really Cost To Design and Furnish A Living Room. Let's Break Down The Numbers. As we grow older and are ready to change things up a bit, we don't take into consideration the cost of decorating. Sometimes we don't want to have to overthink of what goes with what. This blog breaks down the costs of a simple room, the living room. I was not much of a fan of this blog because of how crazy high prices are and to tell the customer/audience that you will need to spend more for a magazine inspired room. This does give the audience the true budget of what they may be spending to have that beautiful living area that we see on magazines and movies. This blog does have a lot of bullet points and lists along with prices and types of furniture for said prices. More professionally written as a company who puts these pieces together for potential clients.
A Little Girl Schedules Her Own Daddy-Daughter Date And It’s Adorable. Cute story of how a little girl manifests a date that her dad had no clue about. This story shows how kids too can tell their parent what they want and not just ask. This can be good, and this also can be bad. It's great to have children be able to communicate what they need or want, but what if they chose a bad time or day? This may help children with empowerment and show that they know what they want and where they want to go with their favorite person.
These blogs inspire me by showing the type of materials and topics that are out there. Ranging from mental health to home life. Using materials that we can relate to and help others with information that we may or may not already know can help us understand it better. Using proper formats and styles to play around with, making it very versatile. Blogs can be very helpful and informative, which most people can benefit from. Find a good blog and explore while learning, it can lead you down an interesting rabbit hole.
